Location is unbeatable!
I've been renting at 123 Bank St for 2 years now and overall it has been a great experience. The location is amazing - I ... really enjoy being in the heart of the West Village with easy access to all the great restaurants and cafes. Subway is also just a stone's throw away. Can't complain at all! The building is comfortable and well maintained, and the super is really friendly and responsive if any issue arises. Obviously, the main drawback is that the building doesn't have the same level of amenities you'd find in a newer luxury building but that's to be expected. For me, the trade-off is worth it given the charm of the building and neighborhood. Read More about Location is unbeatable!By: LH
